MBN has been organising sporting lunches and dinners for some 20 years. Despite the large numbers that come along, MBN has never lost the personal touch.
Our events take place in prestigious venues throughout the UK, all with easy city centre access. They are widely used by the business community as an excellent and cost effective way of entertaining clients. They are also an ideal opportunity to network with like minded business people.
Each event has a sponsor. You will always be sure of a warm welcome, good food in comfortable surroundings, an excellent atmosphere and the opportunity for you and your guests to meet and be entertained by sporting legends.
Benefits of Taking a Top Table
A wide range of firms have benefited from taking Top Table at the luncheons. It doesn't matter if you are thanking your clients for past loyalty, or encouraging them to do business with you in the future, the opportunity for them to join you at Top Table amongst our guest speakers and possibly their Sporting Hero is an excellent, high profile way to entertain. The memories of the day will go on working for you long after the event is over.
With over twenty years experience in this market and a proven track record of producing stylish and highly entertaining events, MBN will look after all the organisation for the day and all that you will need to do is invite your guests.
Before the lunch takes place, MBN will market the event featuring your company as Sponsor of the occasion which will go out to our database of 45,000 contacts and will be noted on our web site with a link to your site if appropriate.
On the day of the lunch from 12 Noon as your guests are arriving at the venue, they will be directed to your own exclusive bar for pre-lunch drinks with the personalities. A photographer will be on hand during the reception to provide photographs of your guests with the speakers which will be sent onto you after the luncheon and provides an excellent follow up opportunity.
At 12.45p.m. once the other parties attending the event are seated, you would be invited to join Top Table for a three course lunch and to listen to the entertaining stories from the Guests of Honour.
A Superb souvenir menu is produced for each occasion, offering you an excellent opportunity to advertise you company on the back page, along with your logo included on both the front and inside page as Sponsors for the event. Each event can be designed to meet your marketing requirements and the banqueting room can be branded as you see fit and if appropriate, brochures or marketing gifts can be put out to all the guests attending on the day.
What Does it Cost
Top Table cost can range from £3,000 up to £15,000 + VAT dependent on the venue and speakers and just to re-cap you will receive the following benefits included in the cost:
- 20 Top Table guests who will be joined by the sporting personalities
- A private reception room will be provided with a full complimentary bar at which the guests can meet the personalities personally from 12 Noon to 12.45pm
- A photographer can be provided who will be on hand to record the occasion during the pre-lunch drinks reception.
- A souvenir menu will be produced for each event with prominent advertising for the company, including the full back cover, front cover logo as Sponsor and logo acknowledgement inside.
- Carefully selected wines will be provided to accompany the meal along with mineral water and liqueurs will be offered.
- All communications on the luncheon by fax, on MBN Promotions's web site, email or post will record the named Sponsors.
- you will be encouraged to 'brand'' the event on the day with displays and brochures as required.
