Our pricing structure has been made to give you the upmost choice when booking, for preference and budget. The four categories to choose from are:

  • SINGLE TICKETS - maximum of 4 tickets per event
  • STANDARD TABLE - table of 10 including your company logo in the menu
  • PREMIER TABLE - prime position table of 10 including an advert in the menu, half a bottle of wine per guest & complementary drinks reception
  • PLAYER TABLE - exclusive to special events. Dine with a sporting icon. See individual event information for details

CANCELLATION FEES

56 days or more prior to the event = no charge

Between 56 - 29 days (inclusive) prior to the event = 50% cancellation fee

Less than 29 days prior to the event = 100% cancellation fee

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT TERMS - NOTE: Bookings taken via the website will be taken as valid & correct and will also be treated in accordance with the below terms and conditions.

Payment will only be accepted by cheque, credit/debit card (not AMEX) or payment directly into the MBN Promotions bank account. If payment is not received with the signed Event Booking Form or Electronic Booking, an invoice will be issued for payment. The payment terms in the table below must be strictly adhered to, otherwise the booking may be cancelled and the tickets resold at the sole discretion of MBN Promotions. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the Event unless full payment has been received.

  • 21+ days: Within 14 days of invoice date
  • 20-15 days: Within 7 days of invoice date
  • 14-8 days: By return from the date of the invoice
  • 7-0 days: Immediately with authorised credit card details taken as security for payment

On the rare occasion that a speaker is unable to attend we reserve the right to change the event line-up accordingly. In the event that the client cancels a booking or reduces the number of places required, cancellation fees (opposite) will be charged on the basis of the total value of the number of places cancelled (as above). If the client cancels after payment has been received, the refund (where applicable) will be made by the same method and to the same account used for the original payment.
