Tables are positioned on a first come first served basis which is why we ask you to book early. Premier Packages are guaranteed a prime position within the room.
Payment Terms
Payment will only be accepted by cheque, credit/debit card (not AMEX) or payment directly into the MBN Promotions bank account. If payment is not received with the signed Event Booking Form or Electronic Booking, an invoice will be issued for payment.
The payment terms in the table below must be strictly adhered to, otherwise the booking may be cancelled and the tickets resold at the sole discretion of MBN Promotions
MBN Promotions reserves the right to refuse entry to the Event unless full payment has been received.

14 -8 By return from the date of the invoice
7-0 Immediately with authorised credit card details taken as security for payment
Pre-lunch drinks commence from 12 Noon and guests will be asked to take their seats for 12.45 p.m. The luncheons are run on a tight schedule to ensure that those guests who need to return to work are able to do so by 3.30 p.m.
Your party of any size will be warmly welcomed. Smaller parties will be placed on mixed tables and if you book a party of ten or more, you will have your own exclusive table
Tickets are not issued for the event. When you and your guests arrive on the day, a seating plan will provide you with your table number.
All cancellations and amendments must be confirmed to MBN Promotions in writing and are subject to the following cancellation terms:
Period of notice given before Event:
Between 45 & 21 days before event = 50% cancellation fee
Less than 21 days before event = 100% cancellation fee
In the event that the Client cancels a booking or reduces the number of places required, cancellation fees will be charged on the basis of the total value of the number of places cancelled as set out below. If the Client cancels after it has paid for its places, the refund (where applicable) will be made by the same method and to the same account used for the original payment.
