Data Protection

The Data Protection Policy employed by MBN Promotions has been developed as an extension of our commitment to combine the finest quality services with the highest level of integrity in dealing with our clients. The Policy describes how and why we obtain, store and process data that can identify you.

We will continue to process your personal data fairly and lawfully in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection act 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 for the sole purpose of continuing to provide you with our products.

We will not distribute Sensitive Data outside of MBN Promotions, and will give you the chance to opt out of sharing this information within our own organisation.

MBN Promotions collects individual and company data only when there is a legitimate business need to do so.

For example we will often give advance notice of our forthcoming events. We will also let you know about other services and products which we offer and which may be of interest to you.

You will need to provide us with your name, position, company address, telephone number and email address and preferred contact method if you wish to subscribe to this service.

You can opt out of the email service at any time by replying unsubscribe to an email you receive or contacting any member of the MBN Promotions team.

Competitions

When you enter an MBN Promotions competition or other promotional offer we may ask for your name and contact details to enable us to administer the contest and notify winners.

Accessing and updating your personal information

MBN Promotions Data Protection Policy has been developed out of respect for the privacy preferences and choices of our customers. We have established procedures to ensure that every reasonable effort is made to address your concerns. If you have any questions or comments on MBN Promotions and its data protection policy please contact one of our Directors. If you have a complaint about our handling of data, you have the right to involve the Information Commissioner - but please inform us first, preferably by e-mail to sales@mbnpromotions.co.uk, so that we may have the opportunity to address any issues directly with you.

We will always let you have a copy of the personal information we have about you, if you request it, and you may correct if you wish.
