PAYMENT TERMS - NOTE: Bookings taken via the website will be taken as valid & correct and will also be treated in accordence with the below terms and conditions.

Payment will only be accepted by cheque, credit/debit card (not AMEX) or payment directly into the MBN Promotions bank account. If payment is not received with the signed Event Booking Form or Electronic Booking, an invoice will be issued for payment. The payment terms in the table below must be strictly adhered to, otherwise the booking may be cancelled and the tickets resold at the sole discretion of MBN Promotions. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the Event unless full payment has been received.

21+ days: Within 14 days of invoice date
20-15 days: Within 7 days of invoice date
14-8 days: By return from the date of the invoice
7-0 days: Immediately with authorised credit card details taken as security for payment

On the rare occation that a speaker is unable to attend we reserve the right to change the event line-up accordingly. In the event that the client cancels a booking or reduces the number of places required, cancellation fees (opposite) will be charged on the basis of the total value of the number of places cancelled (as above). If the client cancels after payment has been received the refund (where applicable) will be made by the same method and to the same account used for the original payment.
