We’re gathering some of the biggest names from the Euro ‘96 England squad to share stories from that tournament and to preview the 2021 competition. It’s the first time since 1996 that the Euro semi-finals and final will be hosted in London so here’s hoping it will be a great year for English football.

Arguably England’s biggest hero from Euro ‘96. Exorcised his Italia ’90 demons by slotting penalties in both the quarter & semi-finals.

One half of the deadly ‘SAS’ partnership that the nation loved in ‘96. Scored twice in the thumping 4-1 win over the Netherlands in the group stage.

Anderton’s international career was hindered by injury for the most part but he played a pivotal role in the England side at Euro ‘96, playing nearly every minute of the tournament.

Campbell broke into the England squad just before Euro ’96 and featured in the famous 2-0 win over Scotland in the group stage. He would go on to feature in a further 5 major tournaments for England.
