Former England left arm spinner now turned television personality. Tufnell played 42 Test matches and 20 one day internationals for England as well as playing for Middlesex County Cricket Club from 1986 to 2002. Tufnell took 121 test match wickets. Since retiring Tufnell has built his popularity on television appearances with Strictly Come Dancing, and I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here and of course, A Question of Sport!
One of the funniest men on the speaking circuit. The Soccer Saturday star is an Arsenal legend with 327 appearances for the club scoring 78 goals. Making his debut in 1985 he played 11 seasons for the north London club. ‘Merse’ went on to win the Football League Championship (twice), The FA Cup, The Football League Cup and the European Cup Winners Cup. Merson gained 21 caps for England.
Merseyside born Austin was one of the most versatile players to pull on an England shirt, winning 51 caps in a variety of positions. His career was interrupted as he became a regular television celebrity. He proved he had nifty footwork off the rugby pitch when coming fourth in the sixth series of Strictly Come Dancing and became a team captain in Hole in the Wall. He was also the host of the ITV game show The Fuse. He is now one of the front men on BT Sport for all their rugby union coverage.
